snow day

Jack has been sick all week, but that didn't stop him from demanding we go play in the snow. I bundled him up and out we went. We made snow angels, threw some snow, and ate some snow. Jack was impervious to the cold. He cried when he had to come in and was not interested in my chocolate bribe at all.

On a side note- we have learned that child proof caps are in fact only adult proof. This morning Jack was in his bed saying messy over and over again. When I go in there I notice an empty bottle of motrin on the floor, a sticky face, and pink stains on his sheets. Jack had reached over to his changing table, grabbed the motrin, opened it, and drank/spilled it. So our morning started with a call to poison control. Where we were told he would have had to drink more than what the bottle contained for any emergency. Oh man--toddlers.
