11 months

I thought I would share a few of the things that Jack has been up to this month.

Jack has RSV, and this pretty much means that he had a very bad cold with a touch of bronchitis. To help open his airways and get things going we were given a nebulizer to use every 4 hours. This really did seem to work- he sounded so much better after we used the breathing treatment. He is feeling much better and is pretty much all better.

This is a picture of Jack's all time favorite thing to do now. He spends most of the day doing this. I clean them up and he pulls them back off. He also goes into our bedroom, his bedroom, and into a shelf in the kitchen and just pulls everything off. There are little piles of books throughout our house all day long.

This is Jack's second favorite thing to do. I know we mentioned before that he loves Brown Bear and this is still the case. We went to Target and thought we would get him a couple more board books. We put three in front of him and let him pick one and he picked Polar Bear Polar Bear What Do You Hear. We repeated this again with three more books and he chose Panda Bear Panda Bear What Do You See. He was so so excited that he could barely contain himself when we got the books out that night. He just spent the rest of the night either flipping through his books or having us read to him. He loves loves the Bill Martin Jr. books. This and throwing books off the bookshelves takes up most of our day.

Next month Jack will be a big 1 year old!! Maybe then we can write and tell you how he is standing like a pro and taking his first few steps.
